To reach the castle visitors must walk up a steep uphill path leading to the castle entrance. There are also stairs inside the building to visit the upper floor. For these reasons the castle is not accessible to visitors in wheelchairs and pushchairs.

Copies and reproductions of artefacts are available under display cabinets in specific drawers to enable visitors to physically feel the objects.
