The park, organised into terraces sloping towards the village of Aymavilles, is an integral part of the castle grounds and typifies the modifications carried out between 1715 and 1728 by Joseph-Félix de Challant. Its layout draws the visitor’s attention to the landscape of the surrounding vineyard-covered hillside. The entrance avenue, where there are two horse chestnuts, two Lombardy poplars, some lindens and a Norway maple, leads to the garden in front of the castle where there is a Baroque fountain. The park hosts events and concerts. A few outbuildings such as the grandze, once used for agricultural purposes, and the stables, today the ticket office, are all part of the castle grounds.
